A journey of experience exchange and networking across Teaming Centers in Cyprus and Greece

In a significant effort to foster collaboration and enhance knowledge sharing among Teaming centers, representatives from ISSP UL set out on an insightful journey to Cyprus and Greece from January 22 to 24. This initiative aimed to create a vibrant network of connections, facilitating the exchange of experiences and best practices among teams dedicated to advancing their respective projects.

The first leg of this journey took place in Cyprus, where the ISSP UL team visited the QSciTec and Phaethon Teaming centers. Over the course of two productive days, a series of meetings unfolded, filled with in-depth discussions and rich dialogue. The Cypriot colleagues, who are in the initial stages of launching their Teaming projects, shared their insights and challenges encountered thus far. The ISSP UL representatives brought their own experiences from the CAMART2 project to the table, creating a reciprocal learning environment. This exchange not only helped in building mutual understanding but also laid the groundwork for future collaborations between the centers of excellence in Cyprus and the ISSP UL.

Following their experience in Cyprus, the team continued their journey to Greece on January 24, where they engaged with the Heron Teaming Center. The visit featured an expanded program designed to delve deeper into the nuances of project implementation. Discussions revolved around the effective practices cultivated during the CAMART2 project, highlighting successful strategies and learning points that could benefit the Greek colleagues as they embark on their own Teaming project. The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm and a shared commitment to elevating the standards of their initiatives.

Overall, these networking visits enriched the participants’ perspectives and reinforced the importance of collaboration and shared experiences in driving innovation and excellence across Teaming centers. As the representatives returned home, they carried with them a wealth of knowledge and new connections that promise to strengthen cooperation centers and pave the way for future successes.
