On February 15-17, Deep Science Hackathon 2019 took place. It was 2nd of such kind in Latvia organized by Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia (ISSP UL). Hackathon brought together international participation of more than 60 people from Ukraine, Ecuador, India, Belarus and Latvia. All 7 teams that reached the final presented interesting ideas and science based technology projects. Teams got the support for further ideas development from sponsors – Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia, Latvian Space Industry Association, Social Business Accelerator “New Door” and Commercialization Reactor. Mentors and jury members were representatives from Sweden, Italy, Ukraine, and Latvia.
