ISSP UL Lawyer purchasing specialist Ieva Lācenberga-Rocēna attended the conference “Joining Forces in Public Procurement to Power Investment” taking place on December 7 in Brussels, Belgium.
This Conference aimed to build a partnership between EU institutions, national and other authorities, and stakeholders to make public procurement work better. It followed the European Commission’s recent adoption of a strategic package on public procurement.
