On June 25-27, researchers from ISSP UL Laboratory of Prototyping of Electronic & Photonic Devices, Cleanroom Development & Maintenance Group visited Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg (Sweden) to become acquainted with university cleanrooms infrastructure and operation. Besides they discussed gas safety systems and development of Atomic layer deposition (ALD) processes with representatives of KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
