Shadow Day is an international program that is organized in Latvia by Junior Achievement Latvia where school youth from all over Latvia will visit a chosen profession experts in their work for a few hours to observe what is a daily routine, to assist in some tasks and get an idea what hides under the each profession. The researchers of the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia will be visited by several shadows from different parts of Latvia.
