L´Oréal Baltic has published a video story about Inga Pudža on their Facebook page. In the video, Inga talks about her work, research, and hobbies. "Since childhood, I have loved science and math, but actually, I didn’t aim to become a scientist," says Inga Pudža. Now, she cannot imagine a better career for herself.
Currently, Inga works in the state-of-art EXAFS Spectroscopy Laboratory at the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia. In her research, she deals with smart materials, including thermochromic inorganic compounds that are sensitive to changes in temperature.
She is inspired to develop her skills and grow as a scientist. She wants to remind every girl and young woman out there: “You can achieve much more than you think! Just keep working towards your goal, and don’t forget to enjoy the journey!”
